Holy cow I'm lazy

Eleven months. That's how long it's been since I've posted here. Not a whole lot going on though. Just had a baby. So we're pretty boring.

We have, however, noticed a bizarre trend. Many friends & family are now pregnant (1 just had her baby, 1 due in September, 1 due in November, 4 due in December, 1 due in January).

Apparently, we are contagious. But isn't this a cute thing to catch?

Patricia McConnell has been an invaluable resource to me as we've brought a difficult dog into our house, and this blog entry is just one example of why her approach resonates with me. I'm so happy we can love and accept both of our dogs for who they are (barking, squirrel-chasing troublemakers) even as we want to help them improve.
